Product: HP Convertible x360 11-ab0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
We purchased 21 of these computers for our school. After about a year and a half and an upgrade, the keyboard and touchpads on 5 of the 21 stopped working. They work when the computers are in BIOS. There are other forums that say the problem is the Intel integrated sensor solution driver, but I don't see that driver in the Device Manager where the forum says it is supposed to be. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions? Thanks!
