HP Dragonfly
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey there,

I have recently purchased the HP Dragonfly for university and have seem to come up with Pen issues. I tried messaging the HP WhatsApp Support number but they were of no help so I thought I would try on this instead.

The pen that came with my laptop has writing issues. It usually starts either when the computer wakes up out of sleep or flips from Tablet mode to Laptop mode and visa versa. The buttons on the pen still work fine, however, when it comes to writing, the pen seems to either stop writing all together, only writes dots once you lift it off the screen, or writes in jagged edges which makes the writing illegible. The laptops touch screen responds perfectly to my finger touch, just not the pen.

I have tried a different Pen and seem to have the same issue with it.

I REALLY want to fix this as I spent a lot of money to recieve a faulty product and it's quite annoying......

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
