Product: Prodesk 400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm trying to upgrade a PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and it fails with an error code indicating incompatible software and apps. I am attempting to uninstall HP Drive Encryption, the green progress bar moves from left to right then back to left and it says rolling back action and won't uninstall. I don't use HP Drive Encryption and the hard drive is not encrypted. Any thoughts?
