Product: ENVY 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY - 13-ah0051wm, it's been hardly 3 years I brought the laptop and my usage is bare minimum, to greatest astonishment now my battery got failure, I would like to understand factors and reasons behind.
