Product: HP ENVY LAPTOP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY-17t-ce100 CT0 

AFTER A PERIOD OF WORKING ON MY HP ENVY LAPTOP, WITHOUT ANY WARNING, THE SCREEN GOES BLANK AND A FLASHING LINE IS AT THE TOP OF THE DISPLAY. THE KEYS WILL NOT RESPOND. THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON, WAIT, AND THEN PUSH IT TO REBOOT.  IT HAS DONE THIS FOR MONTHS AND I HAVE TRIED UPDATING HP DRIVERS TO NO AVAIL. I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 10 -64 BIT. WHAT ELSE CAN I TRY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.
