Product: HP ENVY X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Occasionally my laptop freezes with no response from the mouse, keyboard and I need to power off using the switch as there are no other options. It can happen whilst I'm presenting or simply offline and using Word.

I have installed all updates for Windows, drivers and firmware that are required.

 

When I run the CPU test it freezes at 50%. When I run the fast CPU stress test it freezes immediately.

 

I would appreciate any feedback and guidance,
