Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0020au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The top speakers of my notebook don't work. There is an option called "Speaker Swap" in Bang and Olufsen Audio Control app which I've tried turning off and on again and restarting my device with every configuration. The sound from the side speaker is always muffled and it sounds good only in tent mode, which I don't use often. Sometimes I think there are no speakers at the top of the keyboard, but then again I've seen replacements for those speakers being sold online, so there surely are 2 speakers up there, but they never turn on.
