Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have come to the point that I replaced the battery of my HP ENVY x360 (15-bp152nr) which is a LK03XL but I belive it is not an original battery.

 

After charging and diascharging it several times, the battery icon on the taskbar battery average charge says 90% but the AC adapter and battery light is a steady white light and battery average charge won't increase more.

 

I have tried the HP Hardware Diagnostics Windows but can not do a battery synchronize.

 

Any suggestions or recommendation will be appreciated.
