HP Elite 1012 G2
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I am stumped.

I recently had 4x HP Elite 1012 G2 tablets donated to my charity organization.  I installed WIndows 11 on all 4 of them.  I used the exact same process, Win 11, Hp support assistant install, upated anything in the support assistant and then completed all of the windows upates.

Two of the machines touch screens are working 100% and two machings touch screens aren't working at all.

Anyone have any advice?  I can't get them to work.

I appreciate the help 🙂

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install these two drivers and hope that gets the touchscreens to work:

Restart the PC's after installing the drivers.

I appreciate the response.  I tried this and it sadly did not work.  I will keep plugging along and try a few different things.  Cheers. Jason

You're very welcome, Jason..

Sorry that didn't work for you.

Cheers,

What was strange is that I also discovered the camera was not working on these two machines.   Windows updates or the hp assistant didn’t show any updates or drivers and there was 4 missing drivers in the device manager.  The two files you provided seems to have opened up several intel drivers on the hp assistant that didn’t initially show including the camera driver.   So weird that I have 4 identical machines and 2 are perfect and 2 aren’t 🤷‍♂️
