Hello - I have HP Elite x2 1012 G1 with the following specs

 

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version: 19043.1023

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
OS build 19043.1023
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0

System BIOS: N85 Ver. 01.52

System Board: 80FC KBC Version 15.75

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) m5-6Y57 CPU @ 1.10GHz with 8GB of DRAM

 

I have a HP Elite USB-C Hub with the following;

SPS:L39572-001
RMN: HSA-Q001U

 

When I plug the HP Elite USB-C Hub , everything works (3 USB ports and HDMI) and light goes on. However, it does not charge the battery. I tried with another USB-C Hub and battery charges.

 

How can this be resolved? Thanks
