Product: HP Elite USB-C Docking Station (TPA-B01)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is in reply to a locked message posted on  ‎11-09-2020 05:58 AM by user Sablediable.

 

I have a similar issues when connecting the HP Elite USB-C docking station to my HP Elitebook 830 G5 where the dock:

- has a slow flashing white power light

- is not recognised by Windows/Device Manager (nor anything connected via the dock)

- laptop is not charging

After trying lots of suggestions on various forums I found that installing this driver and restarting my PC fixed my problems:
