Product: HP Elite x2 1012 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP replaced the battery of my HP Elite x 2 1012 G2 last week and the new battery is only giving me about 5 hours max from full charge to flat. That's with all services except Wi-Fi turned off, screen brightness at zero and battery saver permanently on. All I use the machine for is surfing and email - no games or video or CPU intensive Apps.
Can anyone explain to me why Advanced Battery Information (Above) shows cell 1 and 2 at zero volts and whether this could explain why the battery life is roughly half the advertised 10 hours?
TIA
Trevor
