HP EliteBook 2560p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP EliteBook 2560p Notebook PC running Windows 10 Pro.

I also have a brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse.

The PC in Bluetooth search mode won't find the mouse.

The PC is working correctly, and will find every other type of Bluetooth device, including an older Logitech mouse.

The Mouse is working perfectly, is straight out of the packet, and can be found by every other PC I have.

The PC is running the  very latest version of Windows, OS build 19043.110.

The Bluetooth drivers are up to date.

The Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse says it is fully compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 / 4.1 /4.2/5.0

I've reinstalled all the drivers, but the one PC in the house the mouse won't connect to the PC with, is the 2560p.

Any ideas?
