Product: EliteBook 745 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello Community,
I received an HP EliteBook 745 G6 from my employer. I use the device in an HP docking station. So far, I was quite satisfied with the device. For a few days now, however, I have had the problem that the device switches itself off several times a day. I noticed that the laptop gets relatively warm and the fan is constantly running. The IT support in our company says that this model series from HP is known for this problem. Is this really the case? Does anyone here perhaps have a similar problem with this device? Thank you very much for your help.
