HP Recommended
Product: HP EliteBook 820 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a HP EliteBook 820 G3 and noticed that it doesn't wake up from sleep when I open the lid. It only wakes up if I press the power button. I have read all the websites did all of the fixes they recommended, nothing seems to work. And in my Power Options I cant find the lid opening settingScreenshot (2).pngScreenshot (3).png, I know there are supposed to be a ton of settings.

Running a command in a command prompt as all websites suggest does not help!

Please help, thanks in advance.
