Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everybody,

about 1 month ago I've got a new EB 830 G6 notebook, which is works very well, but I've found an interesting issue:

if I power off the notebook (Win10 - Start / right click - shutdown), and disconnect from AC (eg. place to the bag), the notebook is losses 1-2% battery charge every day.

I tried:

- every WOL (Wake on Lan) feature disabled from Windows and BIOS.

- BIOS is up-to-date

- disabled hibernating

- disabled USB charge function

- BIOS Power options: Runtime Power Management, Extended Idle Power States, Power Control are enabled, maximized battery health (max charging into 79%), Fast Charge disabled

- registry Connected Standby disabled

Could somebody help me, what can I do? 🙂 I don't want to send back the notebook if it's not nessecary, but I wanna know, what is the problem, and can I "repair" it.

Thanks in advance,

Attila from Hungary
