Example: EliteBook 840 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm using Elitebook 840 G2. It's battery was damage for a few days and I was using it by adaptor directly. It was running smoothly and has no problem at all. Two days ago I bought a new battery for it. First day I insert the battery and connected the adaptor for charging the battery full, after full charge I used my laptop around 3 hours without any problem then normally I give shut down and it has still 21% charge. Next day I connected the adaptor for full charge and after full charge ( I made sure fullyy charged by looking on charging status indicator led which was became white color) then I press the power button to power on but it do not startup, when I press power button then it just continuously blinking the power button, Network button, mute button and keyboard backlight.

Continuously blinking once after a same period of time and it do not make any beep then.

1. I removed the battery & press the power button for a few time then insert the battery again and tried to power on but I faild, Also tried the same procedure by connecting the adaptor ( with and without battery).

2. Tried by remove, clean & re insert its RAM & Hard drive but it is in same condition.

So, please suggest what can I do?
