Hi guys,

I have an HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptop, I recently bought Bose QC35 headphones, and after connecting my headphones to my laptop, I hear a buzzing while listening to music or talking on the phone, it is very annoying.
-The headphones sound perfect connected with the phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge)
- the headphones work perfectly when I connect a Bluetooth adapter to my laptop and connect the headphones to the adapter

-first I got in touch with Bose, they checked and said that the headphones work perfectly, and the problem is from the laptop/driver

My question is how do I use the headphones in good quality without buzzing, using the laptop's Bluetooth without an adapter?

Thank you,

Kalman
