HP EliteBook 840 G7 Notebook PC Charging issue with HP USB-C Dock G5 

I was using HP USB-C DOCK G5 With my laptop and it was working properly but since November 1 hp usb-c dock g5 wont charge my laptop is there anything i have to do? 

Note: 

I try updating bios, docking drivers, windows update, i even format my windows os.

Laptop:HP EliteBook 840 G7
