Hi!

 

We're having problems with the HDMI output. It only functions when we plug in the HDMI cable and reboot the laptop. Windows key + P does not work.

 

The laptop has two video cards: AMD RX 540 Series + Intel UHD Graphics 620

 

What we tried in order to solve the problem:

- Update all drivers (AMD + Intel)

- Windows 10 1803 to 1903 update

- Removed all drivers (AMD + Intel)

- Removed video devices + drivers in device manager

- Reinstalled all drivers (AMD + Intel)

- BIOS update

 

None of it worked
