Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9480m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased a used Elite book Folio 9480M.  The laptop came with a clean installation of Wndows 10  Pro (64 bit).

 

An HP GNSS sensor is showing in the Device Manager with a 10/28/2013  MBB  driver.  Device Manger says that the device is working.  The sensor does not, however,  show up in SensorExplorer or any GPS app.  Location use is turned on.

 

Any suggestions on how to get the data from the GNSS sensor?
