Hello! My

HP EliteBook x360 830 G7 Notebook PC

does not have an IR camera under device manager, it only has a HD one. I need an IR camera to do facial recognition with but currently there is 'no compatible camera' to do so with. This a new model, should it not have it installed? Is it the driver or the camera itself? I can see the red LEDs that light up when the facial recognition starts up, they just never do that.
