HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook G4 Core I7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The original problem was a my webcam was producing a green  screen..

 

I then went thru and systematically updated all the Drivers in the HP assistant before contact HP support.

 

Our Help desk then suggest ( advised by HP ) to 

Shutdown - Power up

Press the Windows Key + B ( BIOS) and press Power button to get into BIOS recovery....

** this was tricky and i got in their once, and there were several options but nothing about cameras... so i just got out...

When i got out - 

 

The F8 and F11 keys were orange and would not allow shutdown.

It eventually shutdown - and did allow me to go back into Windows... yeah.. and i tested camera... and it was still green screen..

 

I then reboot and tried the process again - except I could never get back into the BIOS recovery mode and eventually now the PC does not boot and keeps a black screen

 

It boots up and the f8 and f11 lights go orange then go out and then eventually the power just stays on...

I can press Power button and hold for 3 seconds and it will power off.

 

I have tried WinKey+B , WinKey+R ... on boot and nothing is working...

 

Any useful suggestions.... would be great... It's still under warranty.

 

I have recorded a video with my phone..

 

 

There must be something
