Product: Elitebook 820 G3, L4Q17AV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I have replaced the top-cover / lid from my HP 820 G3 laptop with a touch-panel version.
Everething is working correctly (screen, webcam, antenna's etc), except for the touchpanel.
The touchpanel / digitizer is not recognized by Windows and also not in the Bios.
I tried the HP PC Diagnostics UEFI system test, but also there the touchpanel is not listed.
Is there any way to enable the touchpanel / digitizer or could it be defective?
Thanks a lot.
Peter
