Product: hp elitebook 8460p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i have been using HP elitebook 8460p from 3 years but never face any issue before this it was working fine, today i got Dvd optical drive issue in which i am unable to play DVDS but only CDS  and after alot of search i am unable to find solution so i am looking for any Expert's guidence , kindly suggest me what to do to solve this ?
