HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook 850
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This Elitebook will not power on. With the adapter unplugged, pressing the power button will do the following:

 

Power button LED comes on

Power LED on front of case comes on

After a few seconds the charge LED will flash orange 9 times, then white 7 times

All lights turn off

 

With the adapter plugged in, the power button does nothing. It does the same with the battery unplugged and adapter plugged in.

 

Any ideas?
