Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ad0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have been trying to connect an external monitor (Terra Wortmann 23.6", LED Display , 1290 x 1080 pixels) to my HP Envy Laptop 13-ad0XX, however, the laptop is not detecting the monitor.  I have tried to connect through two different cables:

1.  USB-C to HDMI adaptor. 

2. USB-C to display port to HDMI. 

 

However, the laptop is still not detecting the external monitor. I have updated all the drivers accordingly and even updated the BIOS system. 

 

Could you kindly assist? I really need this resolved asap since I have exams in 1 week's time and require an external monitor to be able to work.
