Product: Envy 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop screen is just showing the black and white stripes on the screen if I turned it on.  I can give it(to the problem) a name of complexed flickering because it it very similar to screen flickering but I can't even see a pixel on display.  I connected to an external display and everything is good on external display. What should I do? Is that a problem in LCD panel or panel cable?
