Product: M6 Notebook

I have a HP Envy M6 Notebook and it has the same case problems as a lot of people on this forum. The left rear hinge is loose and the case is open. I have called the technical support number, 800-752-0900, and I spoke to Sunanda, who transferred me to Kevin, who transferred me to Matt, who transferred me to Thomas, who told me to call 800-752-0900.

I just want to know how to put my case back together. It is obviously a "known" problem because when I mention it to the HP people, they act like they have never heard of this issue. When I put my serial number in the HP system a battery recall popped up, so now I am wondering if I have a battery issue. 

So, if anyone knows how to fix my case, please share the information so I can stop looking and sounding so "raggedy" when I open and close my laptop. Any help is greatly appreciated!
