Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I am on Zoom meetings, Skype meetings, recording my voice for PPT, etc., the output sound is distorted. This distortion occurs through both my speakers and through other people's if they are listening to me on a meeting or through a recording.
