I have the same problem. The computer is just 2 weeks old. brand new!  I installed ubuntu. worked great these 2 weeks. non of the solutions works. I reset. press the switch on button for 60s. I tried to plug the USB c with a vga output. nothing works. the computer is alive. buzzing. lights in the keyword. but the screen is totally Bosco!!! what I can do?
