HP Recommended
Product: Envy x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Lost ability to print from laptop, keep getting error. Have reinstalled Canon printer driver (MF642C ), rebooted laptop, rebooted printer, rebooted router

Can still print from phone or other laptop?
