Since many months ago I've had some issues with my computer's Bluetooth connection. Sometimes it just suddenly disconnects and connects within like 5 seconds. It doesn't affect other tasks, but it's quite annoying when I'm using my Bluetooth keyboard or any other devices that require the Bluetooth connection.

I  don't think it's a compatibility problem with the devices because I've already tried using just one at a time (mouse, keyboard, and 3 different kinds of headphones) .

I've tried to completely delete the drivers, I've downloaded the most recent ones. I installed all updates. I even re-installed the OS because I upgraded the SSD and still, after that the Bluetooth drivers keep failing every now and then.

I also read some questions about similar issues where they suggested to re-installed some intel drivers but since this a different model which has an AMD and perhaps the issue they had is different... I still reinstalled the  Radeon Graphics controller in case it was something related to the audio instead of the Bluetooth itself, but of course, it didn't work.

Support from windows told me that maybe it's a compatibility issue with the hp drivers and the windows update I got around that time when it all started, and probably the only solution it's just to wait for hp to release some kind of update to fix that issue, but since it has been more than 7 months with the same annoying situation, I don't know what to try.

In event viewer, the warning that I always get when this happens is:

"Event 34, BTHUSB: The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode..."

I searched solutions using this statement and they mentioned to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" on device manager, but I don't have that option, other posts said it should work with the human interface devices power management, so I did, but still the problem persists.

I don't see why I should have to buy external hardware to solve this issue when it's the minimum thing a computer with these specs should have.

*Please don't suggest the same "solutions" I already tried.

Thank you
