Product: HP ENVY Laptop 14-eb0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
4 weeks ago I purchased my new HP ENVY Laptop, further Outlook 2019 and Office Home & Student 2019 (original versions buyed from microsoft).
Installation was fine, and everything worked perfect.
2 days ago HP made the following driver-update: HP-Firmware 15.16.0.0 .
Since then my licences for office and outlook cannot be activated again,
" ... because the are installed on already on an other PC ".
Does it mean, that this driver-update 15.16.0.0 has changed the identity of my laptop, so that office and outlook don't recognize him anymore?
Must I unactivate 15.16.0.0 and how to do it?
