Hello,

Does anyone know how to work around a problem where the HP Hotkey Support - UWP software continually fails to update.

No error condition is displayed. All that happens is that it 'appears' to install and asks for a reboot and after the reboot it displays a status of failed under the HP Support Assistant page.

I believe the update being applied is SP103615. I have also tried to install this manually with the same result.

OS is Windows 10 1909 64-bit.
