Product: HP Elitebook, 840 G3
Whenever I try to use the f1-f12 keys on my keyboard, this message appears: HP Software Framework is not installed or not running. Please download and install HP Software Framework from the link - ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe. You will need to restart the system after installation.
However, this link hasn't done anything for me. I can use certain f keys when I hold fn for keys like f8,f9 for volume adjustment, but no other keys work or the message appears again.
