Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Just installed Window 10 Pro Version 2004. As soon as I updated and installed the drivers BSOD occurred with "thread_stuck_in_driver". BSOD only stops when I disable the AMD driver so I assume that the issue is with the AMD driver.

Tried the following things.

1. Fresh install of windows.

2. Uninstalling the driver and installing it again from Device Manager.

3. Uninstalling the driver and installing it again from AMD Adrenalin software ( tried both manual and automatic download ).

4. Used DDU ( Display Driver Uninstaller )to uninstall the drivers and install again using both Device Manager and AMD software.

HP doesn't have the driver for my laptop for Windows 10 Version 2004 therefore HP's drivers are a dead end.

Can anyone suggest me what else can I do to resolve this issue?

Otherwise, if someone can suggest to me the working configuration for a similar setup I would be forever thankful.

Please mention the following parameters if you have a working setup :

a. Windows version.

b. AMD driver version.
