HP Laptop 15-da0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Original AC adapter & cord that came with the laptop is plugged into the computer. Solid white light comes on when it is plugged in. Computer still will not charge unless it is in Sleep mode or off. Battery was at 33% when I realized it was plugged in and not charging.

- Did NOT start after a system update. Started randomly. Was fine yesterday, not this morning.

Have Tried:

- Updating system

- Updating drivers, disabling drivers, uninstalling & re-installing drivers

- Rebooting (both Restarting & complete power down, let it sit for an hour)

- Restoring default power settings

- Changing battery/charge setting

- Various power outlets

Have Not:

- Removed battery (I don't have a small enough screw driver at work)

- Reset computer
