I have the HP 17-ca0095nr notebook and up until the charger was accidentally unplugged performed fine zero issues except the hinges. My laptop was working just fine before it was unplugged but now it will not power on or anything. I have already tried holding the power button down to unload any built up static, having the battery (internal not external) removed and power button held for 1 minute to do all of the typical diagnostic tests. I tested my charger, power jack not attached to the motherboard and power jack connected fully using a voltage tester. All 3 we're exactly at the necessary voltage needed from the charger to the motherboard. The warranty was well expired before I got my laptop (October 24th 2019) and my only option was to have a computer repair shop run diagnostics which was a waste of $40 because they told me what I already did myself. The charger, power jack etc all gets power but it will not turn on at all. They have no idea what to even try replacing and with my notebook coming from a "Pay Monthly" establishment, I have already sunk more than needed into my laptop, I can't replace piece by piece in hopes it will work. The charging indicator light does not turn on or flash neither do any lights on the keyboard BUT the white light inside of the Ethernet port flashes once as soon as the charger is connected or will flash quickly once every 10-15 seconds if the power button is held down continuously. I have tried every solution I have found so far and I'm at a loss. Does ANYONE have ANY possible solutions!? Extremely disappointed that you are unable to even speak to anyone unless you're under warranty!!!
