Hi
I've got the problem that the laptop regularly brings up artifacts and crashing display driver even while just idling in Windows.
I've now discovered that this is a known issue with the GTX 1070 and Micron memory (which my card has). This was in 2016 updated by Nvidia with a VBios update. I sadly couldn't find one from HP.
Here the source: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/238903/gtx-1070-memory-vrm-driver-...
I have the latest Bios installed, but the GPU VBios is still a very old one from July 2016.
Thanks for releasing a fitting VBios for this card.
Patrick
