HP Recommended
Product: HP 15-ay041wm 15.6″ Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to open some of the .JPG files that have been transfered from my Samsung G4 through HP Orbit. 

I am able to open most of them but not others. 

When I right click to save from HP Orbit canvas it doesn't give me an option to change the file extention or select another program to open it with. 

I am able to email the same file to my computer and it opens without incident. 

 

Is there a specific reason that it would open some and not others?

 

Error message: 

Pinky-Promise.JPG We can't open this file.
