HP PROBOOK 11 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI. Got my HP PROBOOK 11 G1 from a locale store essentially for the work late june 2021. i noticed a touchscreen when first launch it.

so i decided to run windows update and update bios by the way. things done my PC became laggy and loose touch fonctionality.

Been trying to get it back till 3 month now and this what i attempted to:

🔉wipe HDD and reinstalled windows from ashes

🔉tried to downgrade bios(no success HP won"t me to)/installed win8.1/returned back to 10

🔉tried almost all the tricks seen on the internet and under/today i'm looking about mooding the bios(felt so deep for a touch)

please someone here give me the magic trick to get that touch screen working back.

my sku; V1N96UP(written under the socket)
