Product: Probook 440 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had my battery failed and not charging. I have ordered from an official HP Service center a new battery and when i installed it it charged only for a while and stopped. It went only to 25%. I checked with HP Assistant and a message popped out for battery replacement. I ordered from the same vendor another one and i also had the same problem. Note that i have already changed my ac adapter charger, run all the available updates including bios and still face the same issue.
