Hi,
I recently bought a new HP Pavilion 14-ce3027nl and i noticed that when i plug in the PC it starts to lag and to stutter, but when not charging it's working fine. I already tried to make all the updates, to change outlet and I also tried changing the power saving options, but I didn't manage to solve the issue. Could you help me?
