Pavilion 14-ce3600sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I hope someone can advise me with the following problem.

I have an HP Pavilion 14-ce3600sa which is only 15 months old. Recently it has been freezing occasionally, and becoming very difficult to switch on. Sometimes when pushing the power button, it swtiched on fine and boots into Windows. Other time, it powers on, the power light illuminates, fan kicks in, but screen remains blank. On average, if I were to switch it on 10 times, it may only work once or twice.

When I am finally able to get it to boot into Windows, I may be able to use it for a very short while, then it will freeze, or the screen flickers/glitches., and I have to switch off.

I am getting random BSODs as well - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - (ntoskml.exe), SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (win32kfull.sys), and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

I tried a Reset but it got to about 40% then froze. I then did a clean install from a USB stick, which seemed to work fine for a short while, then it crashed, tries to boot again with the HP logo and the circle going round which then froze again.

The link below is for a short video of the most recent screen glitching (apologies if this does not work). I have also had the screen flashing as well.

Is this a motherboard fault? Graphics chip?

Any ideas would be gratefully received!

Thank you.
