Product: Pavilion 15 CS000x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was recently charing my laptop after not using it for a few months and i noticed that the charging light was flashing ( 5 times and repeat). I had a look online and there were many suggestions to discount the AC, reboot, hold the power button for 15 sec and reconnect but nothing seemed to work. The laptop battery seems to only reach 99% and i have peformed all laptop updates, battery/AC charger checks and its all good. This laptop doesnt have a detachable battery so i cant fully discharge the laptop, could someone help me with this issue?
