Product: Pavilion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook is a couple of years old.  My son was using it at the time and told me that it blue screened, and then shut down.  I have tried pressing the power button for 15 seconds, nothing happens.  I have tried holding the windows key and B will pushing the power button and it tells me there is no recovery BIOS file and then goes black.  I'm at a loss as to what to do now.  Thanks in advance
