Product: Pavilion 15-cs3xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi guys

                      I have Hp Pavilion 15 cs3xxx am having a issue using the keyboard basically there is chinese language written on it on the buttons. The problem is that there are some chinese language written buttons and do not work and when I want to write a special character like forward slash button it didn't work please help m.
