Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce3xxx
My laptop fans have always been quite loud but only turned on when playing games or having lots of applications open. However recently they've been turning on at start up and not going away.
So I opened up the case and on the top it looks like [this](https://imgur.com/a/vuYaBjV)
if you can see the photo one half of the vent is covered by a mesh, the other half is completely open. Could this buy the reason why my fan is so loud? And if so can I fix it or do I need to get it replaced? Thanks.
