Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop is configured with 2 TB Hard disk ,16 GB Ram, i7 Processor 6th Gen, 16 GB RAM, 4 GB Graphics card with Windows 10 OS. Having such high budget components yet i am facing serious performance issue right from the system Boot. i dont have any applications on boot time severity apps, i have my latest softwares for all my drivers and OS etc. But yet the system is purely slow boot and takes lot of time to boot and even half an hour to open an folder or images . I had done all my community remedies to solve it yet it is slow like anything. tested with diagnosis and doesnt had any problem with that as well. This machine was used for very mild and moderate task like browsing notepads etc. Such a high configuration system but it performs like 5 k rupees low config laptop.
1) Issue with windows OS ?

2)One remedy i am thinking is upgrading with SSD for Os and along with HDD for storage . Does this solves coz this is the first and the last solution i have before i destroy my laptop
3) Does it has m.2 slot for SSD or need to replace dvd drive for ssd upgrades 
Could any one help me to solve this ?
